    • All orders require a processing time of 4-6 business days before shipment. This processing time allows us to sharpen, customize and package your knife with precision and care. We do not sharpen any knives until they are ready to be shipped to provide the safest handling throughout all other processes. 
  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard shipping via USPS. 
  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at the checkout before completing your purchase.
  4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

    • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  5. Shipping Restrictions:

    • At this time, free shipping is for continental US only.
