Refund policy

At Walker Knife Co. we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted knives and products. Our goal is to provide customers with something they will love and be proud to own. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. We have a 30 day return policy from the original delivery date, which means you have 30 days from the day you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@walkerknifeco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted we will send you information on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

At this time customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damages and Issues

We will always do our best to make any situation right. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and let us know right away of any issues. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, We are unable to accept returns for custom orders, personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or personal care items. If you have concerns or questions about your specific item, please contact us. No returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the rate at which products sell, we cannot at this time offer exchanges. Your best bet is to return an item and then make a separate purchase for the item you wish to have after the return has been accepted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
